Dress: Free People / Shoes: DSW / Turtleneck: Target / Coat: Old similar here and here
I hope everyone had a great weekend. We explored Manhattan on Saturday and we got a mini snow storm on Sunday. We also started to get ready for Valentine’s Day this week. I got my beautiful red roses which I love because I get to appreciate them longer. We also planned our Valentine’s Day dinner menu, we always do a quiet dinner at home every year. We are having chilean sea bass and bacon wrapped scallops and non-alcoholic champagne.
Since I am due in a few short weeks we are taking it easy on the weekends and trying to finish getting ready for baby girl. I am sharing this fun Free People dress today. It is non-maternity but bump friendly. It is velvet material and so soft, the color really pops especially with an all black turtleneck. When we took these pictures we were so surprised at how amazing the color really looked. It also comes in Navy Blue and is definitely a win and is currently on sale for under $100. I can see transitioning this dress into Spring with a lace cami underneath instead of a turtleneck to cooperate with the warmer weather to come.
What are your Valentine’s Day plans? Do you prefer to wear traditional red on Valentine’s Day or something different such as black, pink or a pop of color on Valentine’s Day? Do you go out or stay in or celebrate with the girls?
Sweater: Sold out similar here and 50% off / Jeans: maternity but non maternity here / Boots: Marc Fisher / Bag: H&M
As I am starting to progress further into my pregnancy, I am so grateful for sweater weather because it makes dressing your bump easier. These pictures were taken a few weeks ago when it was – 20 degrees- and we were freezing taking these shots, but I love this sweater and had to share. The sweater is from Express and is sold out but I linked to a similar one. Express is also having a 50% off sale, and I am going to grab some really great sweaters at a fraction of the price once this post goes live!
I am loving this open cold sweater trend right now and it is so easy to pair with jeans or leggings. And of course I am really in love with these Marc Fischer boots, I am loving his brand, shoes and quality and I am looking to purchase a few more. I hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays this week, Christmas shopping is complete here and we are already starting to hand out our gifts. If you missed it, I posted a holiday gift guide here for any last minute shoppers.
Sweater: sold out similar here and here / Boots: Marc Fischer / Bag: H&M (clearance for $12.99!)
Happy Saturday! We woke up to a winter wonderland this morning here in New York and we are getting ready to hopefully see some Christmas lights tonight. So excited!
I wanted to share this cold open sweater from Express. I am loving the cold shoulder sweater trend and there are so many cute ones. I have another one to share later this week. This sweater trend is so cute and this sweater in particular is so nice and warm. I am also in LOVE with these Marc Fischer boots. They are a fraction of the price from Stuart Weitzman boots and they are so comfortable. I really need comfy shoes and they are comfy and fashionable. I am really obsessed with Marc Fischer boots I am looking to buy a few more. Definitely worth the purchase!
Also, my bump is growing and I am officially in my third trimester, woohhooo, but getting away with regular size medium or large clothes may be coming to an end and I may need to switch to full on maternity clothes. We are getting ready here for Christmas, my 30th Birthday in January and then baby number 2. I hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays, this is the last Christmas shopping week!
Sweater: Marshalls (smiliar here for $27.90, loving this high / low version here and here) / Jeans: Gap / Crossbody: Marshalls (LOVE this one) / Shoes: old similar here (and under $80)
Happy Wednesday loves! I am a huge sweater weather girl, there is something just so cozy about it and I love this green cozy sweater. I wrote about a new maroon sweater I am in love with and this green one is just as good. Sometimes I love cowl neck and sometimes not so much, but this sweater is perfect. It is so soft against my skin that I just love wrapping myself in the sweater, and best part is it is under $40. It such a steal and of course got it from one of my favorite stores, Marshalls.
I also linked to a few green cozy sweaters I am loving right now, including one from Nordstroms for $27.90. You’re welcome! Hope everyone has a great day xoxoxo.
Dress: Last season, similar style here and here / Leggings: H & M / Flats: Steve Madden / Jacket: White House Black Market
I am in love with this white dress. I purchased it last season, but I am still wearing it this season. It is so warm and comfy. I linked to a few similar ones that I love above. I have always heard opinions about white in winter, but I really do love a winter white look. Some people are bold to dress in head to toe winter white (think a winter white pant suit) or winter white with neutrals like a nude heel, flesh tone stockings and gold jewelry. I chose to do the classic black and white look and of course my favorite black jacket from white house black market. Although I am currently in search for a light blue winter jacket, I have been seeing a lot of girls on insta and it looks so cute!
Do you wear winter white? How do you style it? xoxo.
